Sister Kathleen Wins September Showdown!
After a long two weeks of not posting the results of one event, the CL inbox has filled up with accusations of laziness and poor customer service when these e-mails (and subsequent ones) were ignored.
Prior to this outrage, Sister Kathleen (above) defeated Zombie Llama to claim the crown of PBRPRPSCLCSSS champ at the Dive on September 19th. After the venue was issued a noise complaint (mostly due to the surliness of PJrhymeswithsausage) she defeated Mr. Llama quite handily after pretending to be nervous throughout all her other previous visits to the main competition arena. Sister Kathleen brought home $100 as a reward, and Zombie Llama took home a not-so-impressive $29 for his embarrassing loss.
The Street RPS tournament was taken by Guadalupe Escobar-Rodriguez, who left early but played so well that he still defeated, if memory serves correct, Frankie 13 by about $20 or so.
Was I really the cause of the noise complaint? pppish. I got SPIRIT! Can’t you hear it??
