There’s RPS this Friday at the Dive!
That’s right! Even though management has been too lazy to update the site with the September results, they weren’t too busy or lazy to schedule the October off-season tournament. Mostly because someone walked up and said “do you want to do this on this day?” and the easiest thing to do was to say OK.
It’s going to be Friday October 10th on the 2nd floor of the Dive (947 East Passyunk). Registration is at 9 and competition will start at 9:45. $3 to play.
This will be your last Philadelphia-area warmup for the 2008 Yahoo! RPS World Championships which are going down on October 25th in Toronto. From what I’m hearing, Philadelphia should have more players going up this year than ever before, so we are all feeling pretty good about bringing home the gold in 2008. What’s that?
