I May Be Bugging You A Little, But Not A Lot
This is a message from your commissioner:
This is when I start telling people to make sure they get out enough next week to qualify for the Championship. You may get a call or a text or a Facebook message or an e-mail regarding either yourself or someone you know whose contact info I don’t have. By the way, if you have a facebook account and you have not befriended me, I encourage you to because I use that as the primary way to promote off-season tournaments. sring(at)northeastrpschamps(dot)com is the e-mail to use.
There is a minimum of 3 tournaments required to be played to qualify as an alternate for the championship. While you can do this, it is the bare minimum and odds are you won’t last long at the Championship with so little warm-up time put in. World Rock Paper Scissors Society research has shown that 4 prior tournament experiences within a 2 month span is the magic number as far as having a better than 14% chance of winning a municipal-level league championship. You’ve got three chances to play next week and I recommend the people struggling to qualify make the most out of them.
Update: Oh – and I forgot to mention, congrats to the Paper Cut Posse, who have changed their team name back to the Paper Cut Posse.
