dOGulas Leaves the Pack Behind at Gallagher’s!
dOGulas (in picture, far left) of the Lone Wolves took home his first title of the 2010 season at Gallagher’s. In the finals he had to defend his territory against the only other Lone Wolves member – Ziro. Despite being associates and pack/package members for quite some time, this was not only the first time dOGulas and Ziro had played in competition, but the first time they played against each other EVER IN THEIR LIVES. It was a good match between these two lone wolves, but in the 5th set tied at 1 throw to 1 throw dOGulas’ Paper covered up Ziro’s Rock and dOGulas became the champion on the night, as well as the Alpha Male of this two wolf pack.
Here’s a shocker – B-Pac won the Street RPS tournament on the night. That makes six this season. He won a really close one this time against the Neutral Finger by a score of 64-60. B-Pac refused to play for it at the end, perhaps knowing the answer to the old question about knowing when to hold ‘em. That answer being when you’ve turned in over 700 on the season.
There’s a new total points leader as well, at least for now. Dick Nasty has taken a one point lead at 53 over Sir Faust and The Neutral Finger. Just think about how exciting it’ll be if the last week of the season turns out to be Double Points Week! However, there has been no final decision regarding that issue as of yet at PBRPRPSCLCS HQ.
I couldn’t have beaten a better opponent.
