Venue for 2008 Pabst Blue Ribbon Philadelphia Rock Paper Scissors City League Championship Confirmed!

The PBRPRPSCLCS is pleased to annouce that the 2008 Championships will be held at Connie’s Ric Rac on Saturday June 7th.  Connie’s Ric Rac is on 9th Street a little South of Washington, and you may know them from supporting local music acts at the local flavors stage of the Italian Market Festival every year as well as hosting a variety of music, comedy and events at the Ric Rac. 2008 Not Looking Good for 2006 PBRPRPSCLCS Champion Johnny Goodtimes

With only 2 events left at the Khyber this season, things aren’t looking so good for 2006 Champion and 2007 final 4 finisher Johnny Goodtimes.  5 weeks in and the former Champ has a total of 0 points in 0 events and looks like a very long longshot to qualify for the 2008 Championship. Baconshark! 2007 PBRPRPSCLCS Champion!

Baconshark of Team David Bowie’s Package took home the Title of 2007 Pabst Blue Ribbon Philadelphia Rock Paper Scissors City League Champion by virtue of a 3 match to 0 win in the Championship match against Mr. Strawberry (team Feed the Pony).
